Oktoberfest 2026 was the fifth annual Cottage Grove Oktoberfest! The event continues to grow each year and in 2026 the footprint expanded to include much of downtown. We would like to thank the community members, visitors, local businesses, street vendors, entertainers, artists, sponsors and volunteers who made this year’s Oktoberfest the best yet! THANK YOU!
Cottage Grove’s Oktoberfest is a family friendly, free event held in Downtown Cottage Grove typcally on the last Saturday in September. Look for us again in September 2027!

Our Main Stage will be graced by several incredible musical guests, each bringing their unique style and charm to the festival. Our bands will be sure to keep the festival lively and entertaining; there’ll be something for everyone to enjoy!

Biergartens
Get out your lederhosen and your dirndls, and join us as we celebrate Oktoberfest, right in the heart of the Cottage Grove.
The festival boasts multiple biergartens where you’ll find an impressive selection of locally crafted and imported beers, carefully curated to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Raise your steins and toast to camaraderie, laughter, and the joy of coming together.
Whether you’re an Oktoberfest connoisseur or new to the event, our Biergartens promise an experience that will make lasting memories. Share in the jubilation with friends and family as you savor the flavors, sights, and sounds of this year’s Oktoberfest festivities.

Farmers Market & Event Vendors
Discover a wide variety of locally grown produce, pasture raised meat and eggs, plants, honey, cut flowers, nuts, mushrooms, fresh pressed cider, jams, jellies, pickles, and baked goods. Vendors also offer high quality handcrafts, jewelry, soaps, art, wine, poetry, wreaths, and holiday gifts.
Plan to visit the South Valley Farmers Market during the early hours of Cottage Grove Oktoberfest (Market runs from 10am to 4pm,) and take advantage of the local fare. Help us celebrate the harvest before the market moves into the Cottage Grove Armory for their Winter Markets later in the season.
